- Here's his email newsletter sign up page
James Clear has one of my absolute favorites for a book landing page with free email course lead magnet plus author personal brand blog just got a product sales page added to it.
- Landing page https://jamesclear.com/
- App product sales page https://atoms.jamesclear.com/
- Notice the main CTAs are to give a freebie in exchange for an email address. At the very bottom are links to his few products. Why? Because every email he sends promotes his products, so first he has to own his audience with email. Hmmm smart.
Here's a great example of a coaching business. Rumor has it it does $20m/year (even though I have met the owner once, I heard it get a shoutout on the My First Million podcast). You'll notice it's not the glossiest but there's absolutely TONS of social proof – show don't tell. Also it's so simple - sales page to calendar booking page. THAT'S IT. Simple sells, fancy fails. Do more of what works.

One of the absolute best online course sales pages I've come across in my internet travels (and I see a LOT). Just to set expectations, something this polished is easily in the $25k+ ballpark (plus video, plus A/B testing, etc.). Which is GREAT - it's paid for in the first 25ish sales then just prints money on autopilot.

Hubspot's awesome, simple, clean lead magnet that's good for a more "buttoned up" corporate vibe.
Simple digital product landing page. I like the combo of direct response, not taking it too seriously, and it mints money.
- Sales page https://cyberleads.com/
- Lead magnet is email opt in for 10 free leads
- Tons of social proof - maybe the most I've seen in this niche (remember - show don't tell)
- Notice the classic direct response style (aka long one pager)
- Simple Stripe checkout page. Nothing fancy, just over here minting money.
